Who we are
Doin (“Doin”, “we”, “us”) is an iPhone app that puts your to-do list on your lock screen. It is built by Asad and published by Nova Sphere d.o.o. Kragujevac, Svetozara Markovića 71, stan 22, 34000 Kragujevac (registered office) and Milovana Gušića 23, 34000 Kragujevac (office), Serbia.
This policy covers the Doin app and this website (together, the “Service”). For any privacy question, email info@novasphere.rs.
The short version
- We collect nothing. No name, email, contacts, location, usage data or identifiers.
- No account. You never sign in or sign up.
- No ads, no analytics, no tracking. The app has no third-party code that could collect data.
- No servers. The app makes no network requests of its own. Your lists, tasks and settings exist only on your iPhone.
- You are in control. Delete a list, clear your history, or delete the app to remove everything.
What we collect
None. We do not collect, receive, store, sell or share any personal data or usage data through the app. We cannot see your lists, tasks, reminders, history or settings, and we have no way to.
On the App Store, Doin's privacy label is Data Not Collected.
What stays on your iPhone
Everything you create in Doin is stored only on your device:
- Your lists and tasks, including their titles, days, times and which tasks you ticked.
- Repeating lists, your history and your streak.
- Your settings, such as appearance, the lock screen card style and haptics.
This data is kept in a private storage area shared only between the Doin app and its lock screen card on your iPhone. If you use iCloud Backup or back up your iPhone to a computer, this data may be included in that backup, which is handled by Apple and you, not by us.
Notifications
Reminders are local notifications: your iPhone creates and shows them itself. Doin does not use push notifications and no reminder ever passes through a server.
Notifications are optional. Doin asks before sending any, during setup or when you turn them on in Doin > Settings, and you can turn them off at any time in Settings > Doin > Notifications. Doin works fully without them.
Live Activities
When you tap Go live, Doin shows your list on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island using Apple's Live Activities. The card is created and updated on your iPhone. Ticking a task from the lock screen updates the list on your device only.
You can turn Live Activities off at any time in Settings > Doin > Live Activities.
Siri and Shortcuts
Doin offers a “New List” action for Siri, Spotlight, the Shortcuts app, the Action Button and Back Tap. Running it simply opens Doin. If you use Siri, your request is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy; Doin receives no voice or text data.
Apple and the App Store
You download Doin from Apple's App Store. Apple may collect information about downloads, purchases, crashes and app usage under its own privacy policy and your settings, for example if you choose to share analytics with app developers. If you do, Apple may share anonymous crash reports and usage statistics with us. We use them only to fix problems and improve the app.
After you complete a few lists, Doin may show Apple's standard rating prompt once. Your rating or review goes to Apple and the App Store; Doin does not receive or store it.

This website
This website has no sign-in, no cookies, no analytics and no ads. Like any website, the hosting provider that delivers its pages may keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request, to run the site and keep it secure. We do not use these logs to identify you.
Third parties
Links in the app, such as this privacy policy, our website or the Shortcuts app, open in Safari or the app they belong to. Anything that happens there is covered by that website's or app's own policy.
Doin contains no third-party software development kits, advertising networks or analytics tools. We do not share or sell data to anyone, because we do not have any.
Keeping it safe
Because your data never leaves your iPhone through Doin, it is protected by your device's own security, including your passcode, Face ID or Touch ID and Apple's data protection. Keep your iPhone locked with a passcode to protect your lists.
Keeping and deleting your data
Your data stays on your iPhone until you delete it. You can:
- Delete a single list from the list itself (Delete).
- Clear finished and missed lists in Doin > Settings > Clear History.
- Stop a repeating list in Doin > Settings > Repeating Lists.
- Remove everything by deleting the Doin app from your iPhone.
Since nothing is sent to us, there is nothing for us to delete, export or return.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, privacy laws such as the GDPR give you rights to access, correct, delete or move your personal data, and to complain to a data protection authority. Doin holds no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to access or delete. Your data on your iPhone is fully under your control. If you have any question, email info@novasphere.rs.
Children
Doin is a general productivity app and is suitable for all ages. It collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change ever affects how data is handled, we will explain it here before it takes effect.
