By downloading or using Doin, or using this website (together, the “Service”), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Who we are
Doin is built by Asad and published by Nova Sphere d.o.o. Kragujevac, Svetozara Markovića 71, stan 22, 34000 Kragujevac (registered office) and Milovana Gušića 23, 34000 Kragujevac (office), Serbia (“we”, “us”).
What Doin does
Doin is an iPhone app for planning simple to-do lists and showing them on the lock screen with Apple's Live Activities, so you can tick tasks without opening the app. It also offers reminders, repeating lists, history, a streak, lock screen card styling and shortcuts.
Doin is a personal productivity tool. It is not meant for critical, medical, safety or time-critical uses.
Free to use
Doin is free. There is no subscription, no in-app purchase and no advertising. If we ever offer optional paid features in the future, they will be clearly marked, paid through Apple, and these terms will be updated first.
Your licence to use Doin
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Doin on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, sell, rent, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.
Apple's terms
Doin is distributed through Apple's App Store, and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If anything in these terms conflicts with that agreement, Apple's agreement wins for the app.
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it.
Your lists and data
Your lists, tasks and settings are stored only on your iPhone, and you are responsible for them. Because we have no copy, we cannot recover anything you delete, or anything lost if you delete the app or lose your device. Back up your iPhone if you want to keep your data.
Rules of use
- Use the Service lawfully and only for personal use.
- Do not try to break, overload or misuse the Service or this website.
- Do not use the Doin name, logo or content to suggest we endorse you or your product.
iOS features and limits
Doin relies on iOS features such as Live Activities, notifications, Siri, Shortcuts, Back Tap and the Action Button. Apple controls how these work and may change them. For example, iOS keeps a Live Activity on the lock screen for up to 8 hours, some features need a recent iPhone or iOS version, and reminders only appear if notifications are allowed. We cannot guarantee a feature will behave the same on every device or iOS version.
Our content
The Doin name, logo, design, text and software belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. These terms do not give you any right to them beyond using the Service as described here.
No guarantees
We work to keep Doin reliable, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we do not promise that it will be error-free, always available, or that reminders and lock screen updates will always arrive on time.
Limits of our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, missed tasks, lost data, or decisions you make based on the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Ending your use
You can stop using Doin at any time by deleting the app. We may change, suspend or stop offering the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes go to the competent courts in Kragujevac, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
